We use pre-order to determine how much inventory to import into the UK for each release.
Instead of bringing in speculative stock and discounting excess later, we open a defined order window to understand demand first. Once the window closes, we place a bulk order with the factory and ship that allocation to the UK.
This approach allows us to:

 • Maintain disciplined pricing
 • Reduce unnecessary inventory risk
 • Keep our product range focused
We would rather import accurately than overproduce and discount.
