We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All UK orders include free standard delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery times may vary depending on location and demand.

Returns

If something isn’t right, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Your UK Cancellation Rights

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, followed by a further 14 days to return the item.

Our 30-day returns window extends this right.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from marks, stains, or odours

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Refunds apply to the product price only.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

If confirmed, we will cover the return postage.
